Traverses around between the 2nd step and the 1st step. This is awkward climbing with crampons and thick gloves as you traverse the downward sloping rock slabs.

  1. Love your Everest photographs. I am really missing you on my radar. Please write a blog of your recent activities. You look very smart in your pink shirt. Are you following anyone special this Everest season. It must be strange reliving your own adventures at this time last year. Do you wish you were there or are you glad it’s over? Cheers Kate

    • Hi Kate! Nice to hear from you. I am following Everest from a distance but have some great new projects I am working on which have me very excited. Won’t take place till next year probably as lots of training and planning and preparation to do. I am in USA currently for one week traveling the beautiful coastline of California.   2. As we can see on several images above, the third step is packed with dead bodies, and so is the whole route. It must be f..n hard to continue your way up as you pass those bodies.
