    WOW , man! What a cool dud. Had every confidence you would stand were few have done before. Can imagine all your befuddled thoughts as you make your precarious way down. What exstatic joy and relief you must feel –just as I do for you. Boy oh boy, you’ve set the bar pretty high for me now. Guess my excuse will be that I couldn”t raise the sponsorship before I got too long oin the tooth! Without taking anything away from your magnificent achievement, Axe, you know it’s mandatory to finish the deed and get out of the “death zone” ASAP but with great care and focus. Godspeed, stay warm, arrive safely.

    I haven’t been able to crack your audio blog but I have picked up from others that it was a very emotional time for you. It must be emotionally draining as I felt emotional just reading about it in my comfy sitting room. I gather camp three is not a good place to be.I expect when you get round to reading the comments you will be going over and over your experience. Now when you look in the mirror in the morning you will see a champ looking back at you. Cheers Kate S
